Celebrating 'the backbone of the NHS' on Estates and Facilities Day

It's almost time for Estates and Facilities Day 2024 so in the build-up to the event, we catch up with Steve Wedgwood, our Director of Operational Estates and Facilities, to talk about what people can expect from the day.

Steve also talks about his near 500 strong team, why they are known as 'the backbone of the NHS' and the leadership team recently winning a Team of the Year Award.
