What are our staff networks? and what are they for?

Why do we have networks for staff? How can you find out more about the networks we have and how to get involved. 

Networks are all about people; they are about progressive change; they are all about supporting our journey and inspiring a feeling of belonging. Danny Karystinos, our Diversity and Inclusion Lead, discusses the Trust staff networks that we have in the Trust and how to get involved as a member of staff. 

It's National Day for Staff Networks on 11 May, a day dedicated to recognising networks/resource groups and the incredible value they add to the workplace.
