In this episode, we discuss who the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are, what they do and why we need to be regulated along with the rest of the NHS.

The CQC who are an independent regulator of health and social care in England. They make sure that our services that we provide as an NHS Trust are safe, effective and of high quality. Today we are talking to Pretty Naik, Assistant Director of Regulatory Compliance and Clinical Governance in our Trust and Julia Gould, also from our Trust as our Head Nurse for Effectiveness and Compliance.
